We make our mouths work hard for us every day. In general the risks from our diet can be managed successfully by a good oral hygiene regime of brushing twice and flossing once a day and following some basic diet guidelines. However, there are other things that we do like smoking and drinking that can’t be as easily managed and have the potential to cause much more serious and permanent damage to our mouths.
